Is Wild Within an inclusive space?

We welcome all women in resonance and in celebration of sisterhood, regardless of (and not limited to) age, race, religion, disability, sexuality or medical status. By attending our events you agree to treat each other with kindness, respect, and uphold values of non-discrimination. This is non negotiable. Wild Within events are a safe space. If someone behaves against these ethics, they will be kindly asked to leave and will not be refunded.

Where is Wild Within based?

Although originating in WA, our nomadic souls will see us sharing our offerings further abroad from 2024. If you would like a particular event in your location, feel free to send us a message!

I HAVE A SPECIAL OFFERING TO SHARE- HOW CAN i WORK WITH YOU?

We understand that together, we are stronger and we love to support a diverse range of facilitators, performers & musicians with their gifts. We encourage aligned sisters to first attend an event (to truely understand and immerse in the magic of our events) & then apply for any upcoming events we are hosting through our website.

Your events usually sell out before public release, how do I make sure I don’t miss out?

We are all about building bonds and a strong foundation of like minded souls within our Village. Therefore, we offer our tickets in 3 stages, 1- secret prerelease to those who have previously attended our events, 2- secret prerelease to those on our mailing list, 3- if there are any tickets left, we will then offer tickets publicly.

I can no longer attend, do you offer refunds?

No refunds are possible however, you may transfer your ticket to another sister- this is full responsibility of the ticket holder. Please ONLY use Tixel to safely resell your tickets https://tixel.com/au/. No manual transfers can be done through Wild Within. No changes to dietary requirements can be made on resale- the buyer will be served food with same requirements of the ticket seller.

What if the event can not go ahead?

If COVID related restrictions/mandates or a natural disaster or something out of the organisers hands, prevents one of our events from going ahead, we will reschedule to another suitable time within 18 months. If cancellation is inevitable and we cannot reschedule, you will receive a refund minus 30% which will cover a small amount of our venue costs, catering, our artists and facilitators retainer and administration.

What happens in the case of a reschedule?

If a reschedule occurs and you are no longer able to make the new date, you may be able to get a refund minus 30% for up to 4 weeks after announcement for large events (festivals) and for up to 1 week for smaller events (retreats & gatherings), after this time, no refunds are possible and it is the full responsibility of the ticket holder to resell through https://tixel.com/au/ - (Wild Village Festival Resell)

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand that it can be helpful to pay off your tickets therefore, you are able to select payment plans through all of our ticket providers- please follow the directions on the ticketing link. Plans that default will forfeit all of the amounts paid.

Photography & Videography

We engage with soulful photographers and videographers for most of our events. We love to share these moments with our community and may use the photos or video on social media, our website or to promote a future event. You may reshare photos (for private use only- never for business purposes) but please respectfully give credit to the photographer/videographer and Wild Within.
