Rachel has over 9 years experience teaching Hatha, Yin, Meditation and Pre/Post natal yoga. With a strong interest in the eastern holistic system of Ayurveda, she weaves this 'science of life' into her offerings. Rachel lives in the vibrant Fremantle community with her young family, teaching yoga and making wedding dresses.
