This class is an invitation to deeply nourish, nurture ourselves from the inside out. Puja will create a safe and loving space, as we move through a creative fluid flow of movements to feel energized and inspired. We give ourselves space to move, to breathe, to reflect - gently unlocking the body and the energy channels.
This class is all about the exploration of the breath through movement, strength, balance and spaciousness. We will finish with a beautiful guided savasana. Through this practice, my wish for you is to cultivate a feeling of inner balance and spaciousness, a clear mind and a joyous heart.
Please bring: yoga mat, towel, blanket, water bottle.

Puja has bee teaching for 20 years and co-owns Yoga Om in Mount Lawley with her husband. She is an experienced and very knowledgeable teacher.
