Rhythms of Rebirth: A Women’s Drum Journey

Anjelica Denham

Sound of Medicine

An immersive women’s drum circle designed to awaken the body, free the voice, and reconnect us to ancient feminine rhythm.

Guided by Anjelica Denham - yoga teacher-in-training, mother, and facilitator of embodied women’s spaces - this session weaves drumming, grounding movement, and chant to open the heart and root into the earth.

Together, we create a living soundscape where no experience is needed - only a willingness to listen, feel, and express. The circle invites laughter, release, and remembrance of the power we hold when we drum together. Expect connection, play, and deep embodiment as we journey through rhythm, silence, and song.

Anjelica Denham is a mother, musician, and facilitator devoted to awakening women’s voices through rhythm, movement, and connection. Now rooted in Western Australia, her journey has flowed from the world of Western medicine to the art of embodied healing. Through motherhood, music, and women’s circles, Anjelica guides others to rediscover their innate rhythm, joy, and creative power. Her drum circles are invitations to return to the body’s wisdom — remembering that wherever we land, the heartbeat of the earth calls us home.
