catering FAQ’s
Will you cater for my dietary requirements?
We can cater for GF (not coeliac), vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, and dairy-free meals.
Please select your dietary requirement at checkout - note that this cannot be changed after purchase.
Due to the high volume of meals being prepared, we’re unable to cater for dietary needs outside of these options. If you have special requirements, please bring your own food to ensure you’re well looked after.
How will you know I ordered food?
Everyone who has purchased a catering package will be on our Catering List.
Please bring your proof of purchase (screenshot or printed). The name on your proof must match the name on our list.
How DO I COLLECT MY MEAL?
Step 1: During meal service times, head to the café area, where an identifiable volunteer will be ready to help.
Show them your proof of purchase, and they’ll hand you a meal ticket marked with your dietary preference.
Step 2: Take your ticket to the servery, where you’ll collect your boxed meal. Then visit the condiment station, where our crew will happily serve you your toppings of choice.
How long will meal times be operational?
Meal service will run for up to 1.5 hours.
Once the service time ends, the kitchen will close while our crew resets and prepares for the next meal.
