-
What is the capacity of WVF
Wild Village is a small, boutique festival because we believe in creating an intimate, safe space for people.
We want the Wild Village to feel like coming home. We want it to be big enough to feel as though we are part of a movement, but small enough to leave with strong, deep connections to our Sisterhood. We want it to feel like a family, a community, a Village. Therefore, spaces are limited! We expect capacity to be around 600 with a SELL OUT at 650!
-
Is Wild Village an inclusive space?
We welcome all women in resonance with sisterhood, regardless of (and not limited to) age, race, religion, ability, sexuality or medical status. Some of our offerings are designed for people who have vulvas or wombs, reflecting the themes and experiences shared within our community. By attending our events you agree to treat each other with kindness, respect, and uphold values of non-discrimination.
-
When will the schedule be available?
Our festival schedule is now live! You can find it HERE. Please note, it may be subject to change. You can find the details of each workshop on the website.
-

-
Lake Swimming
There is a beautiful, large lake on site, if you choose to swim, it must only be within our designated swimming times, between 7am & 6pm.
Swim at your own risk, no diving, no night swimming and always swim with a buddy. -
Phone Service
There is a Telstra tower nearby, so Telstra users may have some coverage — though it can be patchy at times, so please don’t rely on it.
If you’re with another provider, you’ll be able to enjoy a true unplugged weekend — a rare chance to disconnect from screens and fully settle into the rhythm of the festival.
-
Are there EFTPOS facilities available?
Most market stall holders, therapists and our elixir bar will have eftpos facilities but due to service dropping in and out- please bring cash just in case!
-
Are fires permitted?
Due to fire restrictions, there is a strict fire ban - no open flames are permitted except within our allocated firepits (managed by our festival volunteers).
-
What if there is a fire?
In the case of a bushfire all exits will be closed. There is to be absolutely NO ONE leaving site. The safest place to be in a bushfire is at the muster point which is on the lawn right by the nice big water-filled lake.
