Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, hormonal imbalances, or simply a deeper sense of embodiment, this practice will leave you feeling restored, balanced, and deeply nourished.
Please bring along yoga mat, pillow/cushion/bolster, journal and pen.

Amy Louise is a counseling sexologist, couples therapist, and yoga therapist dedicated to helping womben reconnect with their bodies, pleasure, and inner wisdom. She specialises in Womb Wisdom Yoga Therapy, a practice designed to support pelvic health, hormonal balance, and emotional well-being through gentle movement, breathwork, and therapeutic self-care techniques. Last year, Amy’s Viva La Vulva workshop was a festival favorite, celebrating body confidence and self-love. This year, she returns to guide women through a deeply restorative yoga and pelvic healing practice.
